Tomball
Once known as the 249 Corridor: serving Hewlett-Packard. It now has risen in size as it becomes a 15 minute drive to the new Exxon Expansion campus. This highway corridor also leads Tomball, Texas once a sleepy town and now expanding in leaps and bounds. Always a favorite place to reside of suburban Houstonians with its spacious acreage for homesites it now becomes a breath of fresh air for those who do not want the congestion of The Woodlands but a quick commute to The Woodlands. This is also a great commute to Baker Hughes, the companies located in The Woodlands and the Cypress areas. It does not have the congestion of the the 290 area are the I-10 area. However, turning onto the roads leading to its many communities is congested just as all other areas of Houston. Tomball is also is famous for the Champions area community. Beautiful, spacious homes on huge lots, wooded, lushly landscaped, esplanades. Part of Tomball is located in The Woodlands.
