A Tough commute unless you work in the area or the Energy Corridor.The highly ranked Katy High Schools are the major drawing card to the area. Friday Night Football is a major event. They are constructing a Boardwalk multi use project that will include luxury apartments, shopping, restaurants and a conference center. Cinco Ranch community has long been a drawing card although the main community has long been built out. Cane Island is one of the newer communities and as all the others has trails, swimming, lakes. Was previously prairie land so don’t expect a lot of trees.
