Erin Merryman has 26 years of experience in the real estate industry, and her enthusiasm and passion for helping clients has only grown with time. “Every day I get to assist people in making their dreams come true,” says Merryman, a branch manager and residential mortgage loan originator at Thrive Mortgage. “I love to go to the closing table with my borrowers and see how happy they are when they are handed the keys to their new home. However, she specializes in first-time homebuyers, conventional loans, construction loans, bond and down payment assistance loans, and FHA and VA loans. She is also one of the few loan officers in the Kingwood area with expertise in FHA 203K renovation loans. Prior to becoming a loan originator, Merryman was an underwriter for FHA, VA, and conventional loans. “Having that background really helps me to understand a borrower’s situation and provide them with the best solution.”
